Terms and conditions of use for the German Wheels website

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the germanwheels.com.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the ordering of products and services provided by German Wheels (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website and our services.

2. Our Services

• Selection of premium-class car wheels and tires (including selection by VIN code).
• Sale and delivery of premium tires and wheels.
• Professional tire fitting, balancing, and seasonal tire storage.
• Consultations and recommendations on selection and operation.

We reserve the right to change the list of services and products without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Orders can be placed through the Website, messengers, by phone, or directly at our service locations.
• For selection purposes, you may need to provide vehicle information: VIN code, make, model, year of manufacture, body type, tire/wheel parameters.
• After order confirmation, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.

The Company reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in cases of product unavailability, technical impossibility of selection, customer violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices on the Website are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) including VAT (unless otherwise stated).
• Payment methods: cash, bank card, Apple/Google Pay, or wire transfer with VAT.
• The final price is confirmed by the manager during order processing.
• If an order is canceled after confirmation, the Company may require a prepayment for future purchases.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across Kyiv and throughout Ukraine.
• Free delivery within Kyiv applies to orders of 4 or more wheels.
• Delivery across Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta, Meest, SAT, and other courier services.
• Pickup is also available from our service locations in Kyiv.
• Delivery with on-site installation (“turnkey service”) is available.

Delivery times depend on product availability and the chosen delivery service.

6. Warranty and Returns

• We work exclusively with certified equipment and official suppliers.
• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Returns and exchanges are possible in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (within 14 days, provided the product has not been used and retains its marketable condition).
• In case of manufacturing defects, we provide replacement or refund.

7. Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of tires or wheels installed at third-party services.
• We guarantee compatibility of selected products only if selection and installation were performed by German Wheels.
• We are not responsible for website downtime caused by technical issues or third-party actions.

8. Website Use

• The user agrees to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during order placement is prohibited.
• Website content (texts, photos, videos, logo, design) is the intellectual property of German Wheels and is protected by law.

9. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data within the framework of this Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
